J.C Partner of Crooked Sixpence

A character I've wanted to make for quite some time now. Imagine if you will....one parts Alucard from Hellsing Abridged, two parts Undertaker from Black Butler...a drop of Rhett Butler and mix that with a sci-fi charged backstory and with glorious African heritage with badass dreads and you've got J.C.

In the far distant future, colonization of the outer universe is not just a reality, but a mundane form of existance. Martian and Earthling walk side by side, but it isn't a completely happy future. Caffine is in prohibition, a neo-1920's is in full swing. With Cafe's replacing Speakeasies and the Ivory Parliament gripping the western Quazar of Castelle with an iron fist. Those who are 'unwanted' or 'not human', whether martain or human, are given a slew of slur ridden nicknames. And, as per usual in the twenties-esque era, it is perfectly legal if not encouraged to demean, abuse, and mistreat those who are named such things.

But yes, J.C. is a trigger happy former citizen of Callisto, the city of Anthem 0098 that mirrors Harlem and Chicago mixed with a touch of Memphis, and he is a survivor of a hate attack and in his newfound madness from that exacted his revenge.

Personality: gun happy, a touch eccentric, ruthless, and calculating. But, is also extremely romantic/flirtatious and loyal to those he considers his equal. Making Sixpence get grey hair is his pass time.

Became the partner of Detective Barnard Hanarabi(Crooked Sixpence). Is considered highly dangerous, but was contracted to work for the Anallia Police Department due to his high scores, and recommendation of Detective Hanarabi himself. While he is a loose cannon and borderline Sociopath/Psychotic, his specialty lies in both negotiation as well as assessing criminal behavior in such a precise degree he has never been wrong about his suspects. However, due to his brutal extraction methods, he is not allowed to interrogate a criminal unless Sixpence is present. After Detective Hanarabi was hospitalized after the Andromeda 9 case and tried for treason, he resigned form his post, and ensured that no one was left to testify against Sixpence when he was recovered. He now works as a private detective with Sixpence, as well as a body guard/mercenary in his spare time.
